Jake McCallBorn in
Liverpool, Jake spent the first half of his business life in the UK,
moving through various marketing roles with Cadbury, Northern Foods and
Kraft General Foods. In 1981
he moved to North America, as SVP with
Bates International and then O&M in strategic planning and general
management roles on American Express, Effem Foods, KGF, Warner Lambert
among others
He formed SecondSight in 1995 to specialise in
understanding and reacting to increasingly complex and fragmented
consumer needs and behaviour, and finding zero-based ways
for companies
and brands to identify new growth paths. Forensics™ – the principle
that past/ existing data and knowledge yield invaluable clues, insights
and solutions to future growth– was and is one of the foundations of SecondSight, along with strong links with technology
and sensory
sciences
SecondSight operates in the UK, US and Canada,
working with Cadbury, PepsiQTG,
Fujifilm, Canadian Tire, Kellogg, Publix, CapitalOne, Novartis and GSK, among others.
