Andrew is an experienced Managing Director who
developed his career by combining
senior level brand marketing with
strong operational experience. Andrew is a passionate believer in
harnessing the power of individuals throughout an organisation in
delivering successful brand strategies.
A food industry expert, Andrew has over a career
spanning 25 years worked on such
iconic brands such as Hovis, Mr
Kipling, Cadbury and Bisto. Andrew has also been
Managing Director of
two large, complex, multi-site divisions within RHM where he
combined
his twin skills of big picture strategic thinking and tactical day to
day execution.
Andrew also has considerable experience of
corporate restructuring and change
management and has recently advised a
number of Private Equity on acquisitions
within the consumer sector.
